What are the delivery options?

All local orders are shipped via courier delivery which delivers to your doorstep for a flat rate of $5, waived for orders above S$120 (after any discounts applied).

Do note that additional top up cost will be incurred for the below areas:

S$5 for CBD/ Town Areas

S$10 & above for special request of delivery date & time slot (subject to driver’s availability).

S$10 for Tuas/ Benoi/ Sentosa/ Gul/ Jurong Industrial/ Mandai Industrial Areas.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, Educational/ Medical Facilities, Airport/ Army Camps or any entry-restricted areas.

Each delivery will be entitled to two delivery attempts. An additional S$5 will be charged for the third attempt.

We engage an external courier partner and courier fees are paid directly to them.

Do state in remarks if you wish to put your courier parcel in the riser or on the shoe rack if you know that there will be no one to receive the product.

All prices are in SGD.

 

What happens if I missed my delivery?

Your order will be returned to us after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Parcels returned to us will be considered as returns and refunds will not be provided.

 

Can I change my delivery information?

Once your order is placed, changes to your delivery information cannot be accommodated. However, we'll make every effort to assist you. Please reach out to us promptly at jenz.live@gmail.com so that we can take the necessary actions. 

Please note that adjustments to the delivery address may result in shipping delays, but rest assured, we'll do our utmost to minimise any inconvenience. 

In the event that your order has already been delivered by the time we communicate your request to our delivery partners, retrieval may not be possible. To avoid any complications, contact us at your earliest convenience for any necessary amendments – we want to ensure your order reaches the right hands!

 

Do you deliver internationally?

We are based in Singapore and we only ship locally for now.

 

When can I expect to receive my order?

All in-stock products will be mailed out within 3-5 working days after payment is received. Do note that we are a small team handling all the enquiries and orders, and while we always try to complete your orders in the shortest time possible, we seek your kind understanding in the event of any delays.

Deliveries may be delayed during peak seasons - do bear with us on this!
